I've been to Gilbert Hospital twice for recurrent C-DIF, nausea and migraine. The front desk people were kind professionals. I was seen quickly, both times, and I was immediately seen by the physician, given the appropriate meds, and able to go home within a very reasonable time. I've been to Mery Gilbert and was admitted with excellent care. But, they're ER leaves a lot to be desired, in my opinion.

Wow. What a difference from Banner/Dignity or whatever they are calling themselves these days. The folks at Gilbert Hospital were great, from start to finish. They treated me with respect, and actually TREATED MY PROBLEM. I can honestly say, as a person with a chronic disease, this is the only ER that I have been to, that actually cared enough to actually listen to me, evaluate the problem, and treat it accordingly. Kudos!

Outstanding, caring staff with fast service and concerned attention to the patient and my wife. Very thorough in their testing and same day test results and explanations. Great people working in a great healthcare setting. I don't plan on going through their emergency room again, but would if I ever need it and would recommend this emergency hospital to anyone.

I took my wife for tooth pain. I have never writen a review on anything. This i think in worth the effort. The nurses were nice and the doctor we saw was great very nice and caring. He showed intrest in what we said not only cuz he obviously cared but also cuz it could help other patients as well. Great place. Prices idk cuz we have insurance but the way we were treated was priceless!

I went to the hospital on Fourth of July with my mother-in-law because she was having severe back pain as we celebrated. She has had many negative experiences at different hospitals where they treat her like she is overly histrionic. No matter whether she is or not, she feels the need to seek help for her pain--that only she is feeling--so it is their job to help her feel supported. She anticipated that it was happen and had me to go back with her for support--but it never happened. They responded quickly, patiently, and attentively. It meant so much to her that they were willing to help. I'm not sure how the billing will be later, so it may be expensive, considering they are such a small hospital. However, their services to us as people--which is way more important--was exactly what it should be.

We took my mother in law into the ER on Oct. 13th around 2:00pm. She was having problems speaking, within 5 minutes she was having a CAT scan and was chewing on aspirin which more than likely stopped her from having permanent damage. The entire staff was fabulous from nurses to doctors. My mother in law was admitted and she had in fact had a stroke. We can not speak highly enough about the nursing staff. Thank you all.

Love the door to doctor in 30 minutes policy. I spend 6 days in this hospital with Rahbdo. I loved the RN's and assistants and couldn't have asked for better ones. The Docs were ok and got me fixed. As far as the room goes it was pretty nice. And the food was about as good as airplane food, but decent airplane food. I'm not going to complain about the cost because it's a hospital, what do you expect. Come on people stop being dumb. I will definitely be going back if need be in the future. I know it's not the best review, but again, it's a hospital.

I have had excellent experiences with this ER. For years I went to other ERs in a great amount of pain. My pulse was very high from the pain as was my blood pressure. They had no answers for me. The pain was right where my gallbladder was located. Some of the other hospitals did an ultrasound but said they found no stones and sent me home. One wonderful doctor at this ER suspected that it still was my gallbladder. He sent me home but told me to return the next day fasting. They did a HYDA scan and discovered that my gallbladder was only functioning in the 20% range. They admitted me to the hospital immediately and removed my gallbladder the next day. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be taken back. I disagree with those who complain about the EMTs or paramedics. Who better to get an IV in you than a paramedic who has seen it all and is use to doing it while moving. Most of the staff is wonderful. I hope to not return any time soon but I will gladly recommend them to everyone. There is a female doctor and I can't remember her name but she is amazing. I feel these doctors actually listen to your symptoms and run the appropriate tests.

One the Best hospitals in Arizona. Door to doc in minutes. We were greeted promptly and lucky enough to see the man himself. Dr. Johns bedside manor and communication was above par. You can see the love and passion in his eyes. This is the real deal people. When you're in need of medical help, this ED or ER as some would call it. Is the fastest and most caring medical facility on Gilbert. I brought my pride and joy, my daughter in to Gilbert Hospital and as a father and a protective one at that. I would not take my family anywhere else if given the choice. From the nursing staff, techs and admin. This emergency center has it right! Trust. That's important. I've been coming here since 2008

We're waiting for my wife's discharge papers to come through for her emergency appendectomy. For the two days that we spent here, our experience with the hospital staff was excellent. The nurses and the PCTs, as well as the doctors are 100% competent, and at the same time treat patients like human beings. I just can't say enough about how kindly and warmly the staff interacted with us. The accommodations are great, and the excellent wifi has allowed me to write and post this review and stay in touch with family from all over the world. If you are unfortunate enough to need emergency care, this is a great place to come for it.
